Sincerely Kay is a personal concierge that helps you free up precious free time by running errands, planning events, doing your personal grocery shopping, taking care of your home and pets while you’re away, checking on your elderly parents, helping you declutter and get rid of things you don’t want, etc.

What is a Personal Concierge Service?
Our rate is quoted once your consultation is booked for service. We charge on an hourly basis for our services which is normally between $35-$45 an hour. There is a minimum booking time of 4 hours except for our errand and cleaning services which are billed at hourly increments. You can pay the flat hourly rate or take advantage of packages that fit your needs, we can create a custom package just for you. We are opened from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m to 6 p.m We accept Emergency bookings on Saturdays and Sundays but an extra charge is added to book an appointment on either one of those non-working days.
What are Sincerely Kay's hours of operation?
All clients' information remains confidential once we are hired. We do not sell or share any information about our clients to any marketing company. We believe in the foundation of trust so your security and discretion is taken very seriously.
We accept all methods of payments. We accept cash, credit cards such as visa and master cards, as well as cheques. We also accept electronic payments through apps such as Cash App, PayPal, and Zelle. All payments are due upon the completion of your rendered service.
What payment methods do Sincerely Kay accepts?
We require a 24-hour notice for all service cancellation. Any service canceled on the day of service requires a $25 cancellation fee for the late notification and after two consecutive cancelations, your following services will need to be prepaid before service can be executed. All cancellations must be phoned in.
What do I do if I have to cancel my service?
We offer a series of services such as Personal Concierge, Senior Services, Errand Services, Organizational Services, and Cleaning Services. Each service is explained more in details along with a list of tasks during your consultation. However, for further description of each service please click on the "Services" tab on the menu bar.
What services does Sincerely Kay offer?
Majority of the work is done by me independently. However, I also have an incredible team of Assistant Concierge’s plus have established relationships with several reputable service providers such as house cleaners, shipping companies, movers, carpet cleaners, landscapers, caterers, etc. All service providers are personally vetted by me and anxious to serve you.
Depending on the type of project we are assigned to do for our clients, we normally work in teams of up to three people. However, we aim to satisfy whatever our clients requests.
How many people come out to work?
Work completed on any holiday may incur a 35% surcharge regardless of package selected.
Holidays are: New Years Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun), Memorial Day Weekend (Fri, Sat Sun, Mon), July 3rd and 4th, Labor Day Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon), Thanksgiving Weekend (Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun), Christmas & New Years (Dec 22 thru Jan 3)

Does Sincerely Kay work on holidays?
All expected deposits are requested to be paid at the beginning of all required projects. 50% is due upon commencement and the remaining 50% is due paid at the end. This is a secured project fee for any expenses incurred due to service.
